She took the time to answer all of my questions, made sure I felt comfortable, and went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out, and she made what can sometimes be a stressful experience feel easy and enjoyable. It’s clear that she genuinely cares about the residents and takes pride in her work. I truly appreciate all of her help and would highly recommend working with Trinity to anyone looking for a welcoming and supportive leasing experience.

I’ve lived at Mojave Flats Apartments for over two years now, and I honestly have nothing but good things to say. I’ve had no issues, and the overall experience here has been solid from day one. The community feels welcoming, and the staff actually cares, which is rare these days. This apartment is especially meaningful to me because it’s where my son was born and raised. It’s the only home he’s ever known, and that sense of stability matters a lot to me as a parent. I also want to give special recognition to Aida. Every single time I come in with a question or need help with anything, she treats me with respect, patience, and genuine kindness. She always takes the time to help, explain things clearly, and make sure I’m taken care of. You can tell she truly cares about the residents and takes pride in what she does. If you’re looking for a place where management is attentive, people are treated like humans (not just lease numbers), and the environment feels like home, I highly recommend Mojave Flats.

My mother in law has been here for almost a year now and so far she's had a good experience. The front office has always been available and helpful to her and maintenance always comes in a timely manner. The property is kept clean and her unit is nice with updated appliances. Also stores and businesses are within walking distance

I been a resident with Mojave flats, for about 2 years I have seen all ins and outs of the property, mostly how I can describe the property is that it’s very well kept clean. There is no trash no dog feces on property the office staff is always welcoming and have a great atmosphere, I have went up to the office to speak to Trinity and Gale Leslie about a service request about a leak and with in seconds maintenance was at my door the staff at Mojave Flats, have been amazing to me thank you Mojave Flats for been very helpful and nice and having me as a happy resident.
