This 5 star review goes out to Alicia in the front office. She’s been nothing but exceptional and super helpful. Very kind and caring. With any of the issues I have she’s always polite and willing to find a solution she has the best intentions with residents I can see that.

The amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a beautiful rooftop terrace, are excellent. My apartment is spacious, filled with natural light, and has high-quality finishes and modern appliances. The management team is responsive and friendly, making the move-in process seamless. There's a strong sense of community here, with organized social events that have helped me meet my neighbors. Overall, Mojave Flats is a perfect blend of comfort, convenience, and community. Highly recommended!

I want to thank maintenance personnel specially Andrew. He was very helpful and respectful. He was able to fix the problems in my unit.

The property was very clean, two gentlemen named Andrew and Tamone was very welcoming.
